Cardiac Care Is Still Flying Blind Between Exams
Traditional echocardiography provides valuable information about cardiac structure and function, but it captures only a limited moment in time.
Between scheduled examinations, a patient’s cardiac condition may change without being directly observed. Existing monitoring tools can track electrical activity, vital signs or pressure-related signals, but they do not continuously visualize how the heart is mechanically functioning.
Sonologi is being developed to address this gap through longitudinal cardiac imaging.

Ultrasound provides a direct view of cardiac structure, movement and function without ionizing radiation.

Ultrasound can visualize how the heart moves and functions, rather than relying only on indirect physiological signals.

Ultrasound does not use ionizing radiation, making it well suited for repeated and longitudinal observation.
Clinically established

How the Platform Works
The Sonologi platform is designed as an integrated system connecting wearable imaging, continuous data capture and AI-enabled analysis.

A wearable ultrasound system is positioned to capture cardiac imaging data without requiring a clinician to continuously hold and operate a conventional probe.

The platform is designed to collect ultrasound information over extended periods, allowing cardiac changes to be evaluated longitudinally.
03 — AI-Enabled Analysis
Artificial intelligence is used to interpret large volumes of ultrasound information and identify clinically meaningful cardiac patterns and trends.

The resulting information is intended to support clinicians with a clearer view of how a patient’s cardiac condition changes over time.

Starting with Heart Failure
Heart failure is a strong initial application for continuous cardiac imaging because patient conditions can change between episodic clinical assessments.
Sonologi is initially focused on high-risk cardiac settings where earlier visibility into changing cardiac function may be particularly valuable, including acute care, post-discharge monitoring and longitudinal heart failure management.
